well damn, I’ll admit, Shinji is the original wimp and therefore I don’t even ship this properly but I thought Kaworu’s interactions with Shinji were as interesting as the ones he had with Asuka, even though they were on different ‘levels’ and everyone’s fucked up. That’s why I love this part so much.// everything’s juicier in the manga though, I need to re-read it sometime (what kind of loser reads the manga before watching the anime seriously…).
